Effective Date: October 28, 2025
This Policy applies to KunkaAI software subscriptions, add-on credit packs, one-time services (coaching/consulting), and courses, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on first-time KunkaAI subscriptions. The 30-day period starts at your initial purchase. Eligibility requires booking and attending a 1:1 onboarding (video or in-app) within 30 days; attendance means joining from the account owner’s email and completing at least 10 minutes. No-shows do not qualify. If you do not complete onboarding within 30 days, the subscription becomes non-refundable. After 30 days, all subscription payments are final. Limit: one refund per customer (account, email, payment method, or organization), first-time subscription only.
We may terminate service for violations of our Terms/Code of Conduct. If termination occurs after the 30-day window, we may issue a prorated refund—or no refund—at our discretion.
Verified duplicate charges are refunded. Suspected fraud or abuse may result in denial, account review, or termination.
We may offer non-cash service credits at our discretion. Credits are not redeemable for cash and may expire.
Requests must be sent from the registered account email. We may require order ID and identity verification.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing typically appears within 5–10 business days, subject to your payment provider.
Include account email, order ID, purchase date, and reason (e.g., onboarding completion date, duplicate charge).
We retain minimal billing records as required by law. Account and content data follow our Privacy Policy. Request erasure via privacy@kunka.ai where applicable.
Please contact support@kunka.ai before initiating a chargeback; unresolved chargebacks may result in account suspension.
We may update this Policy. The Effective Date reflects the latest revision.
